January 7, 2010 – Smithtown, NY – North Shore Eye Care, a leading, specialized eye care practice based in Smithtown, is conducting a continuing education program for optometrists on Sunday, January 9, 2010, at the Huntington Hilton in Melville. 

The program offers Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits to attending optometrists and covers a broad array of topics including advanced cataract surgery, Custom Bladeless LASIK, anterior segment disease, uveitis, complications, dry eye, electronic medical records, retina and oculoplastics.

Each topic will be covered by a leading physician in the relevant sub-specialty.
