North Shore Eye Care about to launch 50th Anniversary Celebration
North Shore Eye Care is about to launch it's 50 th Anniversary Celebration. This celebration of the 50th anniversary of Dr. Sidney Martin founding North Shore Eye Care in Smithtown New York in Long Island will be unprecedented. North Shore Eye Care has been a leader in eye care including cataract surgery, LASIK laser vision correction, glaucoma care, uveitis, dry eye, retina including diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration as well as oculoplastics. Our growth over the past few years has been due to a commitment to excellence and treating our patients like family. Whether a patient comes in for cataract surgery or laser eye surgery, we make sure that every patient is well informed and that they know that they are getting the best of care every time. We have invested in the best technology including bladeless custom LASIK and the best in cataract surgery technique and technology. As of February 1st, we will have four locations across Long Island including Smithtown, Holbrook, Deer Park, Riverhead and a new LASIK center in Smithtown. Our reputation and the addition of fine doctors in the last few years have really helped us to spread out and be available to all of the Long Islanders in Suffolk County.

We are so proud that Sidney Martin, M.D. took up residence in Smithtown 50 years ago and that he is still working at our practice at the age of 82. To celebrate that, Dr. Jeff Martin, Dr. Larry Zweibel, Dr. Paul Choinski, and Dr. John Mauro, all board certified LASIK surgeons, decided to really go over the top in this promotion. We want everyone on Long Island to know the success of what Dr. Sidney Martin started.
