Riverhead...North Shore eye care to open in Riverhead New York in Long Island

North Shore eye care will be opening in riverhead new york in long island on November 1st.  North Shore eye care has a large state of the art eye care facility in smithtown and our four board certified eye doctors specialize in cataract surgery, lasik laser eye surgery, dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.  We are thrilled  to be offering the patients on the east end of long island the quality of care that our patients have come to appreciate.  Our eye care practice also welcomes our newest associate, Dr. Sonya Dhar, a glaucoma specialist who trained with the world famous glaucoma specialist, Dr. Alan Crandall in Salt Lake City Utah.  Dr. Dhar will be available in riverhead and also in our smithtown office.  Our Riverhead location will be open six days a week including evenings and Saturdays.  We will keep all of our patients posted as we develop this new office, but we are sure that our board certified eye surgeons with specialities in cataract surgery, lasik laser vision correction, glaucoma and uveitis will be ready to assist the population of riverhead including surrounding areas like ridge, manorville, moriches, shoreham, wading river and the north and south forks of long island.  Our eye doctors have been featured in "Top Doctors: New York Metro Area" by Castle Connolly as seen in Newsday, the New York times, and New York Magazine.  We are also the Official Eye Care Provider of the New York Islanders.
