North Shore eye care expanding to serve patients better

North Shore eye care, a leading specialty eye care practice with board certified eye doctors in general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, laser vision correction, uveitis, retina, and oculoplastic surgery, is expanding its primary location in smithtown new york in long island to better serve their patients.  Our board certified full time eye surgeons, Dr. Sidney Martin, Dr. Jeffrey Martin, Dr. Larry Zweibel and Dr. John Mauro are happy to be in a larger state of the art facility.  This move allows us to update technology so that we have the best in testing equipment including fluorescein angiography, optical coherence tomography, visual field testing, corneal topography and pachymetry, as well as automatic refracting equipment, retinal photography, and anterior segment photography.  The larger office also allows us to expand our office and have enough room to allow our patients to be seen more quickly and comfortably.  North Shore eye care has had wonderful success and it has taken us some time to figure out the size of facility that was appropriate for the size of the eye care practice.  We plan to expand by adding doctors as well and also adding locations in the near future, both east and west of our smithtown location.
