Cataract surgery drops go BID at North Shore eye care

North Shore eye care is a leader in cataract surgery in long island new york.  Our smithtown board certified cataract surgeons are excited that we just switched our eye drop regimen from four times a day to two times a day.  By reducing the number of drops that our patients need to place in their eyes, we dramatically increase compliance and therefore should make our results even better.  Already, our cataract experts do the best in cataract surgery including a cataract treatment that takes a few minutes.  Our patients are able to see the very same day and there are no needles, no stitches and no eye patch afterward.  This amazing procedure has been perfected by Dr. Jeff Martin, Dr. Larry Zweibel and Dr. John Mauro.  By switching to a twice a day regimen, compliance should improve and possible inflammation and infection risk should be reduced.

In long island new york in suffolk and nassau  counties, we see patients from cold spring harbor, huntington, commack, northport, dix hills, melville, plainview, woodbury, syosset, bethpage, merrick, wantagh, lindenhurst, massapequa, sayville, bay shore, babylon, east meadow, rockville center, garden city, manhasset, glen cove, great neck, roslyn, hicksville, levittown, east meadow, manhattan, bronx, brooklyn, staten island, queens, and many other towns.
