Custom View Lasik offers an individual analysis that is unique to each individual.  Using monochromatic light shined into the the eye, the reflected light rays are then interpreted by an aberrometer which offers 25 times more information than can be gleaned from an ordinary glass prescription.  This very same technology in used by NASA with in their space telescopes such as the Hubble telescope.  This technology was necessary to reduce aberrations and distortion when viewing objects in far off space.  Applying this technology to the human eye has caused significant improvement and patient satisfaction following lasik surgery.
